Durch die im Verhältnis große Stirnfläche des Vollmantel-Flachkopf Geschosses wird eine Schulterstabilisierung erreicht, welche sich positiv auf die Präzisionseigenschaften auswirkt. Außerdem kann bei gleicher Patronenlänge ein Geschoss mit höherer Masse verwendet werden.
