Payment

Prepayment

We recommend payment in advance if the goods are not ready for dispatch. For high-value goods, we expect a deposit to accept the order. If you choose payment in advance, you only have to transfer after we have informed you that the goods are ready for dispatch. A premature transfer has no influence on the ability to deliver the goods.

For SWIFT transfers from third countries we only accept OUR (payer pays all costs)

Credit Card or SOFORT 

If you select an electronic payment method in your order (credit card or SOFORT), you will be automatically redirected to the payment provider's site when the order process is completed.

C.O.D. (only within Germany)

The payment is made at the postman or the post office (maximum 3500 Euro).

Cash on delivery is excluded for

• delivery to packing stations
• shipping of dangerous goods, weapons and ammunition

In addition to the postage flat rate, the cash on delivery fee of 3 € and the transmission fee of 2 € is charged. Failed cash on delivery deliveries will only be delivered again after advance payment. 

Invoice (only within Germany for regular customers)

Regular customers can pay by invoice. Invoices are due 14 days after receipt of the goods.

Cash payment (only for pickup)

We recommend paying in cash if you want to pick up goods that are in stock within a few days. You can pay in cash or with an EC card or credit card on site.

Why no PayPal?

PayPal boycotted gun dealers. PayPal does not allow this method of payment to be used to send or receive payments for ammunition, firearms, certain firearm parts or accessories, and certain types of knives or other weapons subject to applicable laws. If PayPal becomes aware of such shipments, it freezes the accounts for several months or deletes them. As PayPal does not allow most transactions, we generally do not accept payment via PayPal.

Dispatch

The shipping costs are calculated by our shop system. If you find any discrepancies between the calculated costs and the information here, please let us know.

Store Pickup only

If Store Pickup is the only option offered, then

• the payment method does not match the shipping method (e.g. cash on delivery for weapons or ammunition) or
• we are not allowed to ship at all (e.g. powder and fireworks) or
• we generally do not export these goods (e.g. free weapon and ammunition) or
• we need to get a quote for the shipping costs first (export of goods subjected to license)

Free Avaiable Goods

The following shipping costs apply to parcels up to 5 kg (in Germany up to 30 kg), which contents are not regulated by law. Outside the EU, we deliver by economy transport with DHL. You can request surcharges for premium shipping (air freight).

Restricted Goods

Many of our articles are regulated by law, often with higher shipping costs. Within the EU we export most of these goods.

The international movement of goods is subject to many regulations, which concern the export from the Federal Republic of Germany and the import into the country of destination. Oftne an export license is required, which is not granted for all goods and all importing countries. We reserve the right not to initiate requests for certain goods and countries. Export to NATO countries are in most cases approved if essential parts are subject of an import authorization.

Information about delivery times

The following table shows the delivery times for the shipping to other countries, for each item you have to add the specified delivery time to the given time.

Ordering multiple items

If you order multiple items from us within one order, for which different delivery times apply, we ship the goods in a common shipment, provided we didn't agree with you otherwise. In this case, the total delivery time for the order is valid for the item with the longest delivery time.

Information about the calculation of the delivery date

The delivery period begins with payment in advance on the day after issuing the payment order to the referring credit institution, with other payment methods the day after contract conclusion and ends with the expiration of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the deadline is a Saturday, Sunday or a recognized public holiday at the delivery state, the deadline ends at the next working day.
