If you have already received the goods, private customers can cancel the entire contract within 14 days without giving reasons using this form or informally.

Please note the exclusion of some articles according to the right of cancellation.

Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
Please do not return the goods to us with unpaid delivery charges.
Please note that the above paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.

You bear the costs of returning the goods.

In the event of a refund, any payments made will be returned to you.
Otherwise, payments made will be credited to your customer account with us.
